Socks Required

→ Everyone, including adults, must wear socks in the play area for hygiene reasons.

No Shoes

→ All guests must remove their shoes before entering the play area.

→ Slippers will be provided for bathroom use.

Waiver Required

→ A waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian is required before entering the play area.

Hand Hygiene
→ Hand sanitizing or washing is required.

No Outside Food or Drink
→ We Make exceptions for sippy cups or infant formula/snacks.

→ All snacks must adhere to our Peanut-Free Facility Guidelines.

→ No food, drinks, or gum in the play area.

No Birthday Parties or Gatherings
→ Open play sessions are not designed for birthday parties or gatherings.

→ Please visit our Private Events page or speak with a member of our team to book a separate event for birthday and other celebrations.

Diaper Changes/Bathroom Use
→ Encourage bathroom use before entering the play area.

→ Diaper changes in restrooms only.

→ If you need diapers/wet wipes please ask and we will provide free of charge.

Behavior Expectations
→ No aggressive, combative, rough, or destructive behavior—respect others and play safely.

→ Take turns with equipment and be mindful of others.

→ No food, drinks, or gum in the play area.
